Guitar has always beckoned me :) I started playing reading books in early 90's mainly on a semi acoustic Guitar. Then career took precedence and I lost touch with Guitar, altho I was listening to music, but not playing it. My exposure to Indian Classical music is a plus since scales and modes etc are much easily understood for me relatively. In ICM, just like pitch axis theory is applied in guitar and same scale can sound completely different with different modes applied at the same place in guitar, ragas are of similar nature of implementation of a Major scale. Recently I got back to playing guitar and joining Jamplay has greatly influenced my pace of learning :)
