New guitar player!! there are a number of players in the family and we have ties to some big names in country/blurgrass music. I've always wanted to play, my life revolves around music. I was one of the first adopters of MP3 technology waaaay back when and actually own the very first CD player that will play MP3s (called an MPman... ever heard of it? didn't think so) - my life has an ever evolving soundtrack and it's time to start playing it myself.

Using a VERY basic beginners electric that seems to get good reviews. Acoustic is a better known name (Fender) and seems to have good sound. It was purchased used.
