It's very misleading to put a 5 minute "teaser" on YouTube and then say "Subscribe for the rest of the song".........and then I subscribe........and what do you know, the entire song isn't even on the site........thanks for the misleading information JamPlay.......Hunter is pretty darn good; I don't see why it would be so hard to for him to show us all the rest of the song

rdoddxlrdoddxl replied on September 16th, 2010

Thanks for the lesson. Can someone tell me what the three strings he is plucking for those 16th notes with the pointer, middle and ring finger? It looks like A,D,G??

People stop complaining-- the point is to learn enough to be able to teach yourself!

saburojisaburoji replied on May 21st, 2010

I'm not good at reading tabs yet (or praballihy) never will be with my 3 brain cells left, but I would like to understand struming paterns (if they are even described) on tabs at all. In this lesson, does the E S stand for each strum and what direction or what is it? HELP ME SOMEONE HELP!!!

freshnessfreshness replied on April 3rd, 2010

either of these might help you guys finish learning the song :) http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/j/john_mayer/why_georgia_ver3_tab.htm http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/j/john_mayer/why_georgia_ver3_crd.htm

Thank you for the lesson hunter, its very very good. can you please put some more up? (more john mayer would be great)

stikmanstikman replied on October 29th, 2008

Great lesson. For those wishing the full lesson were taught, try learning the rest on your own. Even if it is horrendously difficult it is probably one of the best things you can do for your musicianship and it gets easier.

marks44marks44 replied on March 27th, 2010

yeah, maybe easy for you wise man. but for the most of us begnners not so much. Very dissapointing.

wjbakerwjbaker replied on March 8th, 2010

doing the free trial. linked from guitar noise. great site but I agree: complete songs with tabs and instruction are what I'm looking for. If this is typical and from above comments it appears to be, I won't be subscribing...too bad cause otherwise it looks like a great site and the quality of the instruction looks great

bob gaarbob gaar replied on March 3rd, 2010

Have been on Jamplay for a few months and really got a lot out of this lesson. The rest can be figured out from tabs you can get on line and other videos on youtube. Thanks Hunter. More John please- how about Neon?

ankaplanankaplan replied on February 14th, 2010

agree with the above comments on only providing partial songs.whole songs should be provided-did not expect this type of surprise

buffy136buffy136 replied on April 5th, 2009

hay guys 20.00$ a month don't even get half an hour with a private teacher....if you think you can learn more then maybe you should try a private teacher..maybe jamplay have ther reason for this or charge 75.00 a month for rights to have full songs I'ld rather pay 20.00 thanks jamplay great lesson

used2btaylorused2btaylor replied on February 7th, 2009

as long as we are paying for this site we should get full lessons

taylor005taylor005 replied on September 26th, 2008

Yeah I kind of joined for the same reason too. There's only like 50 different songs to choose from also. I was thinking that if such a specific song is on here you guys would have had a larger selection. Can we request full songs or more songs that we would like to have taught?? I'm still having to use youtube for songs I really like that I wish were on here instead.

freeflyer87freeflyer87 replied on July 14th, 2008

I didn't mean to sound so negative in my first post but I was a bit frustrated that the whole song is not on here. What is here is excellent and I hope that you will consider posting the rest of the song at some point.

freeflyer87freeflyer87 replied on July 14th, 2008

Just signed up and am extremely disappointed that the full song is not on here, this is the whole reason I signed up. There should be some type of notice on which songs are only partially taught.

p1aynp1ayn replied on July 10th, 2008

Agree with Stkesy40, great lesson up until the parts that are missing which was why I joined. Really would love to see Hunter finish this song on video. Any chance of that? Thanks

polyfractalpolyfractal replied on June 8th, 2008

Any tips for people with small hands? Scene 3 (the hammer on/off with the pinky) is near impossible for me because I have small hands. I literally just can't reach and keep the rest of the chord fretted. Is this something that will improve with practice? Or is this song just a lost cause for me?

stokesy40stokesy40 replied on October 23rd, 2007

i enjoyed this lesson, but given that I am paying for a subscription to this site, I am very disappointed that the entire song is not included. What's the deal? Was this in the fine print I didn't read?

jboothjbooth replied on October 23rd, 2007

Hi there, we do not teach full lessons for all of our songs. Some of them are full, others are just the most recognizable parts. Some are just rhythm, some are just lead, it really depends on the song. Sorry you are not happy! :) But keep in mind your subscripton covers our entire site and there is tons of great content that should give you some entertainment and educational value :)

jboothjbooth replied on July 30th, 2007

Hunter is out of town until August 20th so he cannot answer any questions or comments till then. Sorry!

dgoldy4554dgoldy4554 replied on July 30th, 2007
