Tremolo Picking - December 14th, 2007 (3 minutes, 30 seconds)
dllfiles asks "Just was curious on whats the easiest way to do tremolo picking. Im learning Knights of Cydonia right now, and some of the song is temolo picked. I have a hard time doing that or will I just get better by practicing more? I have a Fender thin pick so that seems to help. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!" View Response
Bends - October 31st, 2007 (2 minutes, 28 seconds)
Jzcode asks "Brad, Could you give me a better idea of the best finger position to have when doing a bend. When I have practiced doing these, my fingers tips are at a bit of an angle as I push the string up and sometimes the strings seems to ride up under finger nails. That usually results in a un pleasant sound. Should your fingers be straight down on the string? Thanks, JZcode" View Response

Mav67 asks, "Okay here is a little problem I am having just now. I am playing the acoustic guitar and I am having problems deploying palm muting. I just wondered if anyone could suggest any exercises to help get over this little hurdle. I would be eternally grateful if I could get some help with this as it is starting to really annoy me." String Buzz - December 11th, 2007 (2 minutes, 31 seconds)
Rhoadsfreak10 asks, "I am having a problem with string buzz, especially when I'm picking something aggressively. It isn't due to fretting notes and chords in the wrong place because I don't have that problem when not being aggressive. I have raised the action on the guitar, to the point where they are almost more suited to playing slide but that hasn't helped. Any advice?" View Response
