I got my first guitar in 2005 at the age of 13. At the time I was in the school band playing the clarinet. I learned from that experience how to read music and understand timing. My inspiration is derived mostly from classic rock. Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen, Eric Johnson, Eric Clapton. These are some of the musicians that I look up to and hope live up to. I want to get to the point were I can learn advanced songs simply by playing the album over and over and being able to distinguish every note. I set my goals high because I know that they are not out of reach I practice 6 hours a day and I never give up.

Ive been playing for 10 years now come December. I got my first guitar for Christmas when I was 13. At the time I had been playing the clarinet in the school band which fast tracked me to learn music theory. I grew up enriched with rock and roll history and encouraged to pursue my passion as such I love rock and I love most forms of metal primarily heavy metal and symphonic metal. I do appreciate the value of music theory so I do not care much for artist that throw theory out the window for gallop picking and tremelo tricks. My primary inspirations are Randy Rhoads, Eddy Van Halen, Eric Johnson, Joe Walsh, and Ritchie Blakmore
