| hoping to find some good fingerstyle songs and also learn a bit of lead guitar...I fingerpick but don't know scales and such...love delta and slide blues, bluegrass, any fingerpicking styles but also love death metal and grunge and heavier stuff, if that makes sense....really interesting in improving my limited bottle neck slide stuff if there is any on your site as well. | |

| Ive been playing since I was ten...took lessons in hight school for two years and picked up a few dvds on bottleneck slide and have been teaching myself. No real lessons per se other than folks showing me a few things now and again....im an ok fingerpicker but the alternating thumb bass is still not something I can fully grasp...some chords I can but when I do single notes keeping the two rythms goes out the door. No lead guitar at all but I would like to learn a bit. I play chords but finger pick them mostly..bar chords im not good at...I have short fat fingers and it can be problematic on those. | |
