OK in the past year, I have learned quite a few chords and their basic chord patterns to which I am now able to follow along (play rhythm) some of the old rock and roll music. Ie: Hello Josephine, Some CCR's, and some instrumentals. Easiest chord patterns for me are: C, D, G, A and E. I have problems with Flats and Sharps due to finger positioning as most newbies are. But I think I've done well for being self taught. I just want to get better and play a few riffs (I think that's what they're called) LOL! Too old to try and impress the ladies, but I can try ...! |

I diddle around with guitars and Keyboards. Been doing it a few years at my leisure, but not good enough to impress anyone. Just another hobbie to keep me occupied but until a couple of years ago have not really been serious about learning the right way and improving to where I don't embarrass myself. LOL! |
