I would like to maybe brush up on some of the styles I'm already familiar with via the perspectives of some new instructors and also learn some things about styles I'm not particularly familiar with. I play in two bands and between them we cover about every genre under the sun, so more tools in the toolbox is always a good thing.
In a Band: Yes
Skill Level: Advanced
Guitar(s): ESP EC-1000, Charvel Skatecaster, Ibanez SZ520QM, Epiphone Les Paul Standard, Fender Mexican Strat HSS, building a Warmoth Partscaster HSH
Amplifer(s): Egnater Renegade 112 Combo, Peavey Vypyr 8" combo practice amp
Got my first guitar when I was 12. I'm now 28. Didn't get into it much until I was in high school. Played in a punk band with a couple friends. Went to college and briefly studied music and got into jam bands, blues, fusion, funk, reggae, experimental and much more. Have been studying privately with a Berklee grad for the last 3 years in addition to gigging most weekends with my two bands for the last 4 years.
