I called C F Martin & Co. in Nazareth to ask about my D-18 and went on about how great I thought it was and what a great sound it had. An older gentlemen's voice was quite on the other end. Then he said, "You know how to get it to have a better sound, dont you?" I said, No, how." He said, "Play the damn thing." Then hung up.
