| I played the snare drum all through school,band class ,marching band ,the snare drum , It never took me anywhere . I sold my snare drum after high school.1978... $20.. fast forward 2015 (mid life HUH !! ) last week I purchased a epiphone traditional classic pro , an ovation applause accustic/electric , and today I purchased a es 339 pro pelham blue , I have a peavey bandit 112 ,trans tube , a rocktron d 50 , and I also have a crate taxi/limo portable amp . I am 55 , I pastor a pentecostal church , I have pastored for the last 20 years,,i want to play guitar,,honest..my brother has played a Gibson since 1973.i bought this equipment in hopes that , him and I can spend the rest of our years playing guitar together . I also hope to some day start ; in the church, a band . I think that to worship our Creator in the name of His Son, (yeshua the messiah,) with a stringed instrument is biblical , i new a man who used to play in our worship band. and when he would cut loose and rip it up with his electric guitar during worship nothing sounded sweeter...i want to get proficient enough to play decently and in order...and that is it |
