| Played fingerstyle guitar for 30 years but put it down 15 years ago because my work career was demanding. Now retired and my fingers have osteoarthritis. Difficult and painful to play. Finger motion/mobility and strength is a big problem. Playing guitar again for a few months and I can notice moderate improvement, but some damage can't be undone. Not giving up. What else is there? | |
