| I have been picking up and putting down my guitar for 30 years. I can play a few songs but really don't understand the instrument. I would really like to have an understanding of the guitar so that I'd be able to pick up with a few friends and play along; know how to improvise during key changes etc. I play mostly acoustic, but would like to learn how to incorporate electric also. I really want to have a structured, focused program to follow to achieve the above. I'd be willing to put in 20-30 minutes per day initially, and as I feel that I'm achieving some success, I'm sure I'll want to put more time in. | |

| I have been picking up and putting down my guitar for 30 years. I've learned some basic songs using tabs and youtube videos. I can play some 3 chord songs like many by Pink Floyd. I challenged myself to learn "babe I'm Gonna leave you" by Zeppelin. I'm more of a strummer than anything. I have basic skills, but I think even those can be improved upon, since I taught myself my current bad habits :-) | |
