| Hope to learn; improve my rhythm, get lost with 8ths and 16ths. i dont have an ear for music at all, so ear training, inervals. understand scales and modes so i can improvise. music theory; dont want to just memorize songs, want to know the fundamentals so i can play what ever i want . just put it all together and be a better player. | |

| Been trying to teach myself for last 6 years: books, dvds , internet, justinguitar.com. Know lots of open and bar chords, couple of scales, lots of riffs. some music theory. Only tab. I've learned songs and forget soon after. i still suck. it's been very frustrating. i cant put it all together. | |
