| I used to play alot back in the 70s but never got past what I would call intermediate level. Music has been a huge part of my life since i was a kid. Started on trumpet in the 5th grade and switched to tuba through jr high and high school. Started taking guitar lessons in 9th grade and played through high school and into the army where i was a member of the 5th Inf Div Band. We had a jazz ensemble and top 40 band along with the field band and concert band. When I got out I became a night club DJ and got away from playing much. I have some good friends that play so I decided to try to get back into it and I can already see on my first day on this site that it is money well spent. I'm looking forward to knocking off the rust and picking up new skills. Also looking forward to making some new friends so please feel free to add me. |
