| Starting at age 7 I got interested in guitar watching Neil Levang and Buddy Merrill on the Lawrence Welk show. I got a cheap kids guitar then and took some lessons. I really was not interested in regimented lessons then and was mostly self taught and did lots of playing in a band in high school and early college. I sold my SG Pro guitar for text book money . After that I played just for self amusement but did not really invest in any equipment. Recently I reunited with my high school band drummer and now have some respectable instruments and a new interest in electric and acoustic guitar and music theory. | |
