| I first started playing guitar seriously when I was 14. I initially took lessons from Tim Ross and then from Wally Joiner, otherwise I'm self taught. I started jamming with friends and playing in bands almost immediately. I knew early on that playing guitar is a large part of who I am. I also was/am drawn to the gear and technical side of things. So knowing how equipment works and what it can do and playing guitar go hand in hand for me. I encourage players to learn about their set up so they can get the most from it and push the boundaries. |
