| In my early teens I picked up the guitar for a short time - influenced by my family (they all have played in various local bands). I quickly lost interest - focusing more on sports. I have always maintained my appreciation for music - but never once thought to pursue it. A few months ago 2 of my children asked for guitar lessons. I picked up one of my children's guitars and was hooked. I bought a Seagull S6 for myself and haven't put it down. Luckily I have a few close friends who have recording studios in their homes - so I have an awesome venue for practice and information. I am very happy with my new found interest and hope to stick with it for years to come. |
