nepatsfansc asks, "I have gotten pretty good at playing barre chords and I can get a good clean sound while playing the chord. My problem is moving between chords, whenever I do, the strings make a loud screeching sound from my fingers rubbing along them. How to I fix this? Thanks, this site is awesome- Stephen" Another benefit of being a member of JamPlay is the video response section. Skater742 asks, "Hey Dave, I am researching on different types of amps so I can come to a conclusion on what type of amp i should get and I've come across some amps that I need some help with. I am looking for an all tube amp but there are amps that are pre-tube to solid-state. Are these amps as good as tube amps? I've heard that they deliver the same sound, but I don't know if it has the same quality of sound as a regular tube amp. I just need to know the difference between the different amps that are out there. Hope I can hear from you! Thanks, Tom" View Response

Strumming with a Flat Pick - September 7th, 2007 (2 minutes, 23 seconds)
Jefrank asks "I'm finding strumming with a flat pick more difficult than meets the eye. I can strum down fine, but I find that when I strum up, I catch the strings in a very jagged way. Any tips about that? Also, how much of the pick should emerge from your fingers? Does your hand angle at all as it goes up and down? Thanks!" View Response
Sheet Music and Songs - June 12th, 2009 (6 minutes, 20 seconds)
Lazyeye asked "I have listened to the lessons and have not been able to get the sheet music with its chords, melody and lyrics to the guitar so that the song sounds like what is on the sheet music. Example: The song I just called to say I love you by Stevie Wonder. I have the lyrics and the chords and when I listen to some one play it, it doesn't sound at all like what I play. Need help. I need to see and learn how that process of getting the information off of the sheet music on to the guitar works." View Response
Question on Landslide - April 9th, 2009 (1 minutes, 59 seconds)
Clarky40 asked "Is there an advantage to playing Landslide with just your middle and index fingers, with your thumb playing the lower strings, as opposed to using your thumb for just the bass note and your index, middle and ring fingers doing the rest?" View Response
