Date: June 9th, 2008 | Length: 2.316 | Instructor: Nick Greathouse

admira asks, "Hi. I watched Steve Eulberg say it's easy to drill holes in an acoustic guitar and screw strap buttons in it. I have a classical (nylon string) guitar, and I want to know if there's absolutely no problem doing so. Can't it damage the sound of the guitar or something like that? In addition, I noticed Willie Nelson uses a somewhat strange guitar strap, on his classical guitar, which attaches to the bottom of the guitar's sound hole. Is this considered to be a better solution for a classical guitar? Could it too damage my guitar somehow? Thank you very much, Eran." Chords Structure - March 21st, 2008 (2 minutes, 14 seconds)
Scopexs asks, "I have found chords in my chord book that can be identically fingered...C6 and the Am7. Both chords give the option of playing it with the D string fingered at the 2nd fret and the B string fingered at the 1st fret while the other strings are played open. What is confusing is why are the two chord structures the same and can be fingered the same yet are called by two different names. This is confusing when learning chords. Is there an easy explanation as to why two chord structures would be called by two different names. Thanks" View Response

Obviously I have time signature, key signature, etc all down i just have a hard time bringing this knowledge over to the guitar. Please help and keep up the good work." View Response

Question on Landslide - April 9th, 2009 (1 minutes, 59 seconds)
Clarky40 asked "Is there an advantage to playing Landslide with just your middle and index fingers, with your thumb playing the lower strings, as opposed to using your thumb for just the bass note and your index, middle and ring fingers doing the rest?" View Response
