Vedanta asked "I am a beginner and snapped the 4th string of my Fender Strat - before I set out to re-string my guitar I have a few questions - * Should I change all the strings or just the one that is broken? * What type of strings should I use - as in, which string composition and string gauge? * What is the best way to wind a string - there are multiple techniques all over the internet, what is the best way to do it? * Should I remove all the strings at one and then string or do in one by one.
